Edit: I'm floored by the high level of their customer service. They've corrected their mistake and went above and beyond. I will be stopping again sometime! I made a pick up order for 2 drinks. I received a text saying it was ready in 3 minutes and unfortunately it was rushed. The amber ceylon CHEESE tea was missing the cheese cloud...disappointed because I ordered it specifically for that topping. An honest mistake but nonetheless 😮💨

I love the jasmine lemon tea here the most — it has a rich tea aroma and tastes very refreshing. The egg tarts are also delicious, generously filled and quite large.love it!

My favorite tea place. Everything I try is delicious, the workers are always kind and the milks they use are very high quality. I am lactose intolerant and it never bothers me. I come as much as I can. Truly addicted to this place.

Just stopped by TEAPULSE in Bayside. They’re known for their egg tarts but their drinks are just as popular and consistently good across their many locations. I tried both matchas and the cheese cloud version is smooth and creamy with a light salty foam that balances everything without being too sweet. Since I’m lactose intolerant, the oat version works perfectly for me. It’s lighter, clean, still creamy, and super refreshing without feeling heavy. I also always go back for their Mango Dew Smoothie which is one of my personal favorites. They regularly have rotating seasonal specials, so there’s usually something new to try. Members can also earn points to redeem gifts which is a nice perk and keeps me coming back!
